The welcome is very friendly Entry is free Love the gift shop and the little cafe It's great they have a lift it was so handy because I'm walking disabled So many amazing things to see and everything is detailed with info Some sections you can listening with headphones they provided Iam definitely back and discover the next things I didn't managed A highly recommended place to visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a lovely art gallery that is free to look around. It covers 3 levels so lots of stairs but there is a lift too. There's a wide range of art to suit everyone's taste and the view from the roof top cafe is amazing. 5*

Amazing, free entry lots to see & do. Cafe at the very top, little pricey but had an amazing view. There were sketch books left out at the seating areas for people to draw. 10/10 I loved going through them. Overall, we had a great time.

Free entry. Super helpful and friendly staff, nice building. I had only 1 hour to spend there, so I couldn't enjoy all the interactive options, but there are many. So if you go there with children, they will love it, too.There is a big enough luggage locker as well, which was very handy to me, as I had planned to go there before I left the city. I mostly ignored the modern art items, and loved the others. I highly recommend going in.

My wife and I visited on a sleepy Tuesday afternoon. The first thing to say is about the building, it's a magnificent setting and a real assest for the city. Just stunning. The art is a bit up and down. They have a Monet and some excellent pieces from the 1600's and 1700's. A lot of these we spent some time looking at, as well as one or two of the newer pieces. However, some of the modern art is not much more than trash, in my opinion. It's not my thing, you maybe can tell, but I do like some modern pieces. Not wavy lines though, perhaps it's a taste thing but the modern pieces here left a lot to be desired. However, all in all, it is very worth a visit. Like many art galleries and museums in Scotland, it's free, which is always great. The items in the gift shop are far, far from free though!
