When you submit a caller report, RatingsPlus keeps the reported caller number, your selected category and behaviour, consent and moderation records. Public pages show only the number, generic report wording and publication month. We do not publish your account name, recipient business name, dialled line, recording, transcript or private call notes.

Reports submitted through connected services are sent only after the account owner reviews the public preview and agrees to share it. RatingsPlus receives keyed source and incident references to prevent duplicate or abusive reports, not the connected service's account ID. These references are private operational data. Eligible reviewed numbers may also be supplied to connected services offering optional caller protection.

Reports and community moderation records are retained for up to one year. You can withdraw your own report; it is then excluded from public pages and future protection updates. Connected caller-protection services normally check updates every five minutes, although an unexpired downloaded list may remain in use for up to 24 hours during an outage. Existing backup and security-log retention still applies.

Reports describe experiences, not verified caller identities. Caller ID may be spoofed and numbers reassigned. Use the correction option on a number page or contact support for correction, objection, removal or privacy requests. You can contact support without creating an account.
