Sean and dan did a combined great job of sorting my pedals. i'd started getting a clicking sound when pedalling and figured it was a problem with the crank. turns out it was a loose pedal bearing. sean had a go at fixing it and when he couldn't i went to alpine bikes sister shop next door and bought a replacement set of pedals which dan fitted. really pleased with the customer service !

Phenomenal service from the folks at alpine bikes. i’ve bought two bikes from here over the past year, and had a much older bike of mine serviced here too. the technical know-how and friendliness of the staff is brilliant. super patient, efficient, and helpful with any issues you have - bike-related of course! would definitely recommend. stellar job, guys. thanks!

I had a good experience here. i have visited on two occasions, and both have been fine. the service i received was satisfactory. the guys who attended to me on both occasions were very polite and helpful. i got my tyres pumped for free, and got some advice on my bike. the interior is very clean and there is a wide variety of bikes and bike accessories for sale. the only downside is that the average person may find a lot of items to be very pricey, but other than that, this is a brilliant bike shop!
