It’s fine and very expensive. However, after entering today to speak about a really insignificant problem, the dude that spoke to me (I think he’s the manager) just wanted to get rid of me. Very transactional conversation that came across as very cold. My personal preference is a good personal connection with a service provider, so it might suit some people, just not me. Their repair service is fine but the cost was significantly more than anticipated. I’m just going to use another Aberdeen bike shop in the future.

Bought a Specialized Crosstrail bike about two weeks ago. I cycled from the shop to my home in Ellon. After about 15 minutes of cycling I noticed that the back brake hardly functioned, anyway I continued on my way home. The shop provided pre-sale checklist stating that the bike was fully checked!!! I do not think so. Shocking for them to sell a bike with a defective brake. This will be the last time I buy anything from this shop. Update: I cycled back to the shop the next day in the rain and asked them to check the back brake. The service mechanic checked and adjusted the brake as much as he could. There was a little bit of improvement to the braking. No fault of the shop with the brake's performance.

Very helpful and kind people. My bike broke while travelling and they fixed it with old screws and super glue. Must have taken 25min of work but they didn’t want to be paid and we’re just happy to help us. That’s rare and highly appreciated 👍

I'm realy pleased with my new road bike from Edinburgh Bike Coop. It's my first bike with tubeless tyres. I checked the bike at around 17:15 on Saturday for a trip the next day, I found a safety pin right through the tyre. I removed it an the sealant did its job. Called the EBC and got great advice over the phone. Cycled the event on Sunday without any issues. Today (Monday) visited EBC with the bike and my own tools. Fantastic service! I'm bought replacement sealant for both tyres. I was shown what to listen for (sealant sloshing). I watched EBC demonstrate the first tyre and they supervised me doing the second with my own tools. I now feel confident enough to do this at home and a lot more informed about tubeless maintenance requirements. Greatly appreciated EBC's support and service over the last few days.
