I ordered my first swim wetsuit from their online shop and it was very straightforward. I had an email from Calum explaining about the fit of the wetsuit being smaller than the size chart and offered to give me a refund if I changed my mind. I decided to continue with my order and Calum was very helpful and said that I could send him pictures once I'd tried it on to see if it fit properly, which luckily it did. I really appreciate the service and dedication to their customers. I would 100% recommend this shop, whether you go in store or buy online.

Had a half day swim workshop with them. It was really good and super informative. Tried out the endless pool with video analysis which was a great tool for assessing your swim technique. Staff are lovely and always helpful. Highly recommend.
