I ordered my first swim wetsuit from their online shop and it was very straightforward. i had an email from calum explaining about the fit of the wetsuit being smaller than the size chart and offered to give me a refund if i changed my mind. i decided to continue with my order and calum was very helpful and said that i could send him pictures once i'd tried it on to see if it fit properly, which luckily it did. i really appreciate the service and dedication to their customers. i would 100% recommend this shop, whether you go in store or buy online.

Had a half day swim workshop with them. it was really good and super informative. tried out the endless pool with video analysis which was a great tool for assessing your swim technique. staff are lovely and always helpful. highly recommend.
