Dr.Fix (Watch and Mobile Phone repair shop)

Had a problem with my old iPhone 7 connecting during charging. Asked Dr Fix to quote for a new plug to be fitted. Service guy looked at it and removed an amount of fluff which had built up in the charging socket, the phone has been charging fine since.

amazing customer service, amazing prices (i checked other stalls before committing) so many different services provided and couldnt be more helpful. Even after losing my warranty card i was remembered by the amazing staff and catered too free of charge (still covered by the free warranty) couldn't recommend enough. if you need your phone fixed in any way please do yourself a favour and come straight to Dr fix

Delighted with the service I received at Dr Fix. They replaced my sons iPhone 7 screen and when it developed a subsequent issue in the warranty period they replaced it again without quibble. They also gave me advice on doing some DIY fixing at home. Excellent customer service from Jake.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I fell and my phone (fortunately) took the brunt of it and the screen was destroyed. I'd used Dr Fix before for watch repairs and knew them to be reliable. My phone is an unusual model but they were able to source the parts and now it's good as new. My daughter had a similar incident and sent her phone to the manufacturer. Their service was very poor and slow compared with the excellent Dr Fix.

My strap band had broken on my Garmin fenix 3 which was really frustrating as the watch strap didn’t close properly. Dr. FIX sorted it!

I can’t thank James enough for repairing my gold necklace. Not only was it very badly tangled up as it had a very fine chain, I also couldn’t take it off. No idea how James managed to de-tangle it while it was still attached to me!!! I was worried that the chain would need to be cut and then repaired. Super professional, patient and skilled. Would highly recommend Dr. Fix!
