Very poor quality of services. I was declined to receive my laptop back after expressing my discontent with the service unless I bring the old component back. The employee wanted to do it just out of spite because both components belonged to me. Even after I said I didn't want a refund, the seller did not want to give me my device back. The situation was resolved after a lot of unnecessary stress.

I bought a replacement screen for my phone. It didn't have the fingerprint sensor on it. Having no knowledge of phone screens(why would ordinary people know this?), I assumed it would be able to scan fingerprints, as do pretty much all phones now. The shop blamed me for not knowing this and assuming it'd have a fingerprint sensor. And just said 'it's a cheaper screen, what do you expect?' The shop agreed to order another one which they promised would definitely have fingerprint sensor. They gave me some of the money back for the original screen ordered a more expensive screen. Again, anyone would presume with the fingerprint sensor, and being more expensive, both the fingerprint sensor and the the sensitivity of the screen would be higher than the cheaper one, right? However, the screen is extremely slow to react, making normal speed typing impossible (I am using voice typing right now!) The technician in the shop tried it and said it was fine.(total lie, as I had it checked by the OnePlus screen expert from another shop and a customer) Again, the shop blamed me for not asking to try the screen before it was glued—for a completely unforeseen issue. Nobody would assume that ordering a more expensive screen would have such a low sensitivity that it makes it impossible to type normally. I will not be going back and I would suggest that everyone avoids this place. They did not want to take any responsibility for the quality of what they sold me. I will consider taking the issue up with Trading Standards.

bought a phone from me which i have stated CLEARLY to be iCloud locked and double checked again. Then requested to return saying it is defective because it is iCloud locked. Frankly abuse of return and fraud return.

I just wanted to get a screen protector fitted on my new phone and really wish I hadn't asked for this service in this shop. Not only did they not fit it properly, bubbles were visible all over the screen, they decided to lie about their mishap by telling me that my phone's screen was not perfect with fine cracks in it (not visible to the naked eye apparently), which lead to the many bubbles. I ended up ordering a new screen protector over Amazon and did it myself with the outcome being perfect. It's a shame that the team at Ansari can't be bothered to offer a better service as I want to support local businesses but in this case ended up wasting my time and money.

Extremely bad service. Brought my iPad for checks explaining the problems with battery drain and charging port. After 2 days of "checks" they just came back to me with the same information I gave them and then lied to me that they managed to fix the charging port. So at the end I ended up with the same issues and paid £20 for nothing. And then they tried to sell me a charging cable for £20. Absolute waste of time and money.
