First class experience with Chris and the Team at NEP,took my laptop in for repair,communication between the parties was prompt and detailed. Recommended new drive, installed quickly and like new laptop back in two days,thoroughly Recommend.

I don't visit them often but every time I do it's positive and more important honest experience. I used to use them for things like mouse, keyboards, headphones etc. 3 years ago bought a PC which they didn't try to oversell, got exactly what I needed and got some RAM this month which I had some issues with but got it sorted quickly with over e-mail help from Dave. Seen some review from a guy who was complaining about £60 for thermal paste change and staff was apparently rude to him? Judging by his comment he was most likely classic "Karen", I'd throw him away myself with a kick to the butt. If you don't know what a business is and how it works, don't open your mouth (or type on the keyboard)

I've used them before for repairs and they were brilliant. This time for a custom built gaming PC and I'm very happy. They really know their stuff and will work with you to get you the best kit for the spec you want, and it won't break the bank. You won't get a better service anywhere in Aberdeen.
