Absolutely fantastic service from craig. called in the evening with an emergency and he answered straight away and was able to sort the issue quickly and it was very cost effective, not even charging a call out charge in the particular circumstances. definitely 5 stars

Had an out of hours emergency as a result of flood causing water to come through light fittings and hard wired smoke detector. called several local electricians with no response. craig messaged me to say that he was actually on holiday but asked if he could help. provided support and advice via message even though we had never previously used his services and had already stated he was on holiday. will use this company for all future electrical work as clearly cares about helping customers. very grateful to craig for his time.

Craig from esson electrical arrived as planned and did a fantastic job. nothing was too much trouble for him. i asked for further advice on a few snagging issues i’d been dealing with and he ended up helping with them. he also left the work area spotless. my neighbour asked if he’d be available to look at a problem in the flat below which he took time to do and resolved the issue on site. i’d recommend his company. made me feel at ease and i’d absolutely recommend him.

Craig came to replace existing light fittings in my property, fix some wiring work to a poorly installed (by someone else) extractor fan and complete a pat test. he’s got great knowledge, he’s friendly and professional and offers quality work at a very reasonable price. thanks so much! 😊
