When my recliner armchair broke after a couple of weeks they came out within 2 days. They have kept in contact with me during the wait for the manufacturers to supply a new part and have now fixed it . Absolutely no hassle. Huge selection in a deceptively vast building. All the staff were fantastic. Purchased a Stressless sofa and chair, and it was all conducted in a very efficient and friendly manner. Will return for sure
