Thank you gillies. from in store to aftersale staff you restored my faith in good customer service. choosing a suite was a joy with exactly the right guidance given. when my recliner armchair broke after a couple of weeks they came out within 2 days. they have kept in contact with me during the wait for the manufacturers to supply a new part and have now fixed it . absolutely no hassle. i recommend gillies to my family and friends for value and service. thanks again gillies.

Huge selection in a deceptively vast building. all the staff were fantastic. purchased a stressless sofa and chair, and it was all conducted in a very efficient and friendly manner. will return for sure
