I'll just say it because anyone contemplating getting one for the first time may be searching for info. I got a full Hollywood wax today from Diane. She was brilliant and somehow gentle. Clearly an expert. Helped me relax and was super chatty in a good way. I went to a different salon (I'll not name) last week and it was the opposite experience. Paying a little extra today was more than worth it as this time, I didn't chicken out part way through due to the pain from incorrect application. Having someone trained and experienced really does make all the difference. x

Lauren was fab as always, I hadn’t been in for a while and knew my hair needed some TLC so left it in her very capable hands. Very happy with the result, shiny healthy hair again! Love my new style 😊

It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by Millie. I was nervous about coming due to my scalp and a few bad previous experiences in the past. I will definitely be booking with her again.
