Contacted Gary when I was dealing with a break up and that had triggered my anxiety and was also causing depression. I needed to get back to my work ASAP and decided to give Gary a phone and was not disappointed I started feeling less anxious every week after my sessions and even managed to get back to work and back to feeling more at peace a lot quicker than expected!
