Wild Ginger Restaurant

Absolutely best Indian food my friend and I have ever had anywhere in the world, and we have eaten in Indian restaurants around the world. Everything was freshly made and incredibly flavorful. If you like Indian food and you are in Aberdeen, then you need to eat at Wild Ginger.

This is probably one of the best restaurants for Indian cuisine in Aberdeen. What makes it more appealing is it's contemporary ambience and great service ☺️

There’s nothing mild about Wild Ginger as this restaurant offers up exceptional Indian food. The service was excellent and the food was probably one of the best Indian experiences I’ve ever had. You can’t fault this place at all!

The food was amazing, the Goan curry was my top favourite. The restaurant was really clean. Only thing that has really let them down was the service being poor. It took a while before we were asked our order and we had to ask for water 3 times. We had piles of wine glasses on our table as they gave fresh glasses with each bottle, when asked to remove them we were told that it looks like we've ordered lots of drinks and they wanted customers to see this. At the end they asked if we wanted pudding or anything and we said we were fine just now, we were away to order another bottle of wine and they came and put down the bill.

It's a nice restaurant. The quality of the food is decent, the staff were very polite, the environment is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable. There's not much wrong with it. However, the service we received was quite a demerit, as we had to wait for over 90 minutes between 2 courses of our meal. This was infinitely frustrating and left all of us feeling quite irritated and annoyed. Other than that, I would recommend this restaurant if you crave Indian cuisine in Aberdeen.
