Called to enquire about a certain ring for my dad. they had one in stock went in perfect fit and great service from a lovely lady who had just come back from holiday in her tent.
I bought an item online via finnie's site. a real person contacted me via email to confirm some details in case any adjustments needed to be made. i was kept informed about the progress of my order by a real person. and when it finally arrived they even hand-filled in the warranty card details. proper old school service in the internet shopping age!
