Called to enquire about a certain ring for my dad. They had one in stock went in perfect fit and great service from a lovely lady who had just come back from holiday in her tent.
I bought an item online via Finnie's site. A real person contacted me via email to confirm some details in case any adjustments needed to be made. I was kept informed about the progress of my order by a real person. And when it finally arrived they even hand-filled in the warranty card details. Proper old school service in the internet shopping age!
