Excellent service. called dr lock today after having a problem with a door lock. efficient response via messages when a call couldn't be taken. turns out the problem was an easy fix and advice was given with suggestions of you tube videos to resolve myself, without the need for a call out. could have easily booked us in another day and charged us. super helpful advice when i was checking in that i was on the right track. will definitely keep this companies details and use again in the future. would highly recommend.

Called dr lock yesterday morning (22/5/2023) after purchasing a replacement remote fob for my vehicle. they came out the same afternoon and couldn't have been more helpful. young girl did the reprogramming of the fob and cut two new key blades whilst they were there. i would highly recommend using this family run business.
