I couldn't recommend Ron enough. I was in a very troubled position where I was locked out my house with a small child. I had called Ron and within 2 rings he answered and headed out to me immediately. He was a delight to deal with whilst entertaining my child at the same time! Thank you so much again for saving us. I approached LockRite to sort out an issue with a window lock after attempting to get in touch with few other companies. Ron was super quick to response. His communication was really good throughout and arrived at the property on time as we agreed. Actually there was no repair required, but Ron was so polite and explain me the locking mechanism of the window, showed how to get it sorted if it happens again. Excellent service from LockRite and recommend to anyone and will use the service again if it's required. Thank You🙏

Ron was great! He responded promptly and organised a time to come round quickly. After he fixed our door lock he gave a clear explaination of what the issue was which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Ron to anyone :)

Excellent service. Communication was excellent. We had a delay on the delivery of a part and Ron kept us upto date with everything. Nice friendly and very reasonable rates. I would give 6 stars if I could. Oh and he straightened up my door for me which in my eyes is above and beyond.
