Bensons for Beds Aberdeen

Team were amazing. Didn't buy anything. The staff weren't constantly over hour shoulder, as with other places, but they did check in every so often and answer questions when needed.

Staff was polite and helpful. Customer service was grand and would highly recommend anyone to go to Benson's in Aberdeen. Even helped what item would be another option to buy. Would go back again.

Generally experience very good but a couple of points to note - ordered a wardrobe and one of the corners of the door came slightly bashed. Delivery guys were great but they only had 5 mins to deliver up 3 flights of stairs with a heavy wardrobe, bensons need to give their guys more time. It would be good if bensons offered assembly on all items as I took 8 hours to build my wardrobe with help. Bensons did pass along a number for someone who they said would help but when I called he said he only did beds.

The store is nice and located in a easy access area. However, the member of staff that was there at the time of our visit wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t very friendly to us. She didn’t want to help us and spoke with not a pleasant tone to us. Otherwise the store is fine and the prices are decent if compared to other stores which sell beds.

Great experience in purchasing my new bed staff were lovely and knew their products. Delivery was even a day earlier than expected would highly recommend
