Dreams Aberdeen - Union Square

Came in twice to buy a pillow, eventhough it might not be as big of a purchase as a bed I would have appreciated some help as I told the sales person I needed advice. Both visits I didn't get anything more out the sales people then; pillows are in the back, I was the only customer in the whole shop so it wasn't even like it was too busy to deal with me. Because of this I went to John Lewis to buy the exact same pillow I saw at dreams where I was greeted and adviced to my wishes. Because of this experience I won't be coming back for anything.

We bought a new mattress today from Dreams Union Square.We were assisted by an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable young lady who introduced herself as Laura.

Jacqueline gave excellent service in helping me choose a new mattress. Jonas took my payment and was very efficient. Very impressed with the service I got.

The members of staff that work there are lovely and very knowledgeable. They helped us a lot and encouraged us to try different mattresses to get the feel of what is right to us. They told us about different offers that they currently have and etc.

Took my 85 year old mum to Dreams in Aberdeen today to buy a new bed. A first class experience. Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful. No pressure from her at all, just helpfulness l. She worked hard to make sure my mum tried all the options and chose what was right for her. My mum was delighted. Not the cheapest but great quality products with first rate customer service. Highly recommended.
