A figure for settlement was agreed but not paid in full. digby brown took £500+vat for full representation instead of the advertised £300+vat and (ross milvenan)seems to have abandoned pursuing my ex employer and suggested i pursue them myself for the full amount of the agreement. only 3 stars being given due to having employed db a few years ago to settle an injury claim which was paid in full. should the need arise in future i will be avoiding db and employing any other solicitor.

Would definitely recommend, from start to finish they were great, understanding and felt totally at ease throughout what was a stressful period. they should great professionalism and perseverance as my case proved difficult at times but came to a successful conclusion. due to the nature of there business, hopefully will not need there services again, but would not hesitate to use them / recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in such a position.
