Nice and friendly, very professional
We transferred and updated our wills with rcc&wallace last week.(stonehaven branch). scott was a pleasure to deal with. he was very efficient, concise and good humoured. we were surprised at how easily this was done. our wills were reasonably complicated and even included a provision for our goats ( yes, that's right, goats!). the end result was a really modern, clear and unambiguous document with actual paragraphs and punctuation; i.e. not the usual shakespearean "legalese". preparing wills is obviously not a cheerful activity but rcc&wallace's approach made the whole process a lot easier than one would expect. highly recommended.
