First Mortgage

Being my first time buying a property I was a little unsure of the process so I contacted First mortgage and they have been great start to finish. I spoke with Julie and Max who helped me with my application, everything ran smoothly and always keeping me up to date. i really appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend.

Monika, the broker who assisted me in securing my first mortgage, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I met her, she exuded professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping me achieve my homeownership dreams. Monika's expertise in the mortgage market was readily apparent as she patiently walked me through the entire process. She took the time to explain all the intricacies, making sure I understood every step, from gathering the necessary documents to selecting the right mortgage product for my needs. Her ability to demystify the often daunting world of mortgages was invaluable, especially for a first-time homebuyer like myself.

Before getting in touch with First Mortgage we thought that applying for a mortgage would be complicated and daunting. But from the first meeting Lewis made the process clear and easy to follow. He was very friendly and informative and answered all our queries. Once the application was submitted, Susan kept us up to date with its progress. Even when there was no news from the bank, she would say just that which made us feel reassured that someone is keeping track. I cannot recommend First Mortgage enough! The service we received from Lewis and Susan was professional and friendly and communication was great. We are now happy homeowners thanks to their help.

I had the pleasure of having help from Julie and Max in particular from the Holburn branch and could not speak highly enough of the service I received. Both were incredibly flexible in arranging appointments around my other commitments and each point of contact I had was incredibly clear, concise, and easy to follow. Any questions I had were very clearly and swiftly answered by both Max and Julie cementing the fact that they both clearly are great at their jobs and have vast knowledge and confidence in their respective areas. They also made sure to keep me in the loop with regular updates without prompt and were consistently reassuring - this made the whole process far less stressful and far more exciting than I ever expected. Overall, I have had no qualms or concerns whatsoever regarding my experience and will definitely be recommending them to any friends, family, acquaintances etc. who find themselves in the position to purchase a property.
