we have been dealing with gordon miles from the mortgage advice bureau recently for a mortgage application.due to being self employed we were struggling with mainstream lenders accepting us ,however gordon managed to secure a mortgage for us and we are absolutely delighted .we really cannot recommend gordon and the mortgage advice bureau company highly enough.very professional ,approachable,and honest with no heavy sales tactics ect .also keeps in regular contact keeping you updated many thanks mark and ella

I have had a fantastic experience with Allan on the purchase of our first home. Throughout the process he has been approachable, professional and friendly. We have used Allan Young from MAB twice now, both times the experience has been excellent! Allan is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We found house sale / purchase to be quite a stressful and a lot of professionals involved in this process add to the complexity: not communicating clearly, making mistakes, being hard to get in touch, etc. Allan has been a real exception, he would arrange meetings to suit our schedules, pay attention to detail, smooth out any issues with lenders and keep us up to speed through out the process. I believe it is great value for money, especially if you value your own time. Using MAB services meant we didn't have to get appointments in the banks, fill in numerous forms and supply documents to various people, everything was done once with Allan and the rest of the process has been handled swiftly by him. Would definitely use them again if I needed to.
