We had a short period of time between tenants moving in and out of a property, Houseproud were extremely accommodating and able to do all the required cleaning on short notice. The work was done to a very high standard and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I have used Houseproud for some years now, for regular weekly cleaning and also on a one-off "moving-in" basis, and have always had first class service. Shui is helpful and professional and her cleaning staff are efficient, engaged and experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Used this company to carry out a changeover clean in our flat. Three cleaners arrived bang on time and completed the job to a high standard in double quick time. Excellent communications throughout and great service, will use again. Used this company again for a complete flat changeover in June 2022. They carried out a deep clean, including oven, fridge/freezer, etc. and, once again, they did an excellent job. Communications with Shui were also 1st class as was the overall service. Recommended.

I booked this company to clean an apartment between owners. The two cleaners arrived on time and it was immediately obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were courteous, efficient and thorough. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard and they took even the tough areas in their stride. Very happy to recommend.
