I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Minster Cleaning. Their customer approach and the quality of work was exceptional. The manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Overall, dealing with the company was a pleasure. I could not recommend enough!

We have had the services of Minster cleaning for almost a year now at our company in Aberdeen. Introducing the service during the height of the Covid-19 epidemic. The two ladies that come to us, Gaby and Irmina have been brilliant form the first time they walked into the office. They are always happy when they come in and enjoy a great relationship with the staff on site. Always very professional and courteous. They get stuck into their job when they arrive and ask if there are any other things for them to do when there. No complaints here, 5 out of 5 from us. Any issues, queries or general information. Harry, the manager of the local team is quick to e-mail/call and keep us up to date.

We have now used Minster Cleaning for four years since our staff cleaner retired. From the first, Harry has been professional, polite and responsive and most of all, seems to care a great deal for his staff. Gosia and Andrzej have been with us for all four years and have been kind, friendly and professional, doing an excellent job. The completely hands-off approach with Minster providing all cleaning materials works very well for us, as does the very competitive pricing. I honestly can't recommend Harry and the team highly enough.
