Really pleased with my new glasses. I find it so hard to pick new frames but Ross M was great. He helped me pick a completely new style and I'm delighted with them.

What can I say 10/10 service. The optometrist talked me through the health of my eyes in detail and accessible manner. Erin gave excellent style advice on the latest frames and she encouraged me to try new styles and searched tirelessly to find me a suitable frame. The girls on the contact lenses are alway prepared with multiple spare lenses for me and not a shadow of judgment when I explain how I lost them. Adam the owner was professional as he was handsome. Everyone in the building appears dedicated to customer service and it shows. This would be from exemplary standard set out by the senior Members of the team. Excellent service and I would recommend to anyone.

Busy place. I arrived about 15min early but was taken straight to a cubicle for my first test. Each stage was handled efficiently with only a couple of minutes wait between them. Tests were thorough, and discovered the early signs of an eye condition which will be kept an eye (sorry) on with future annual check ups. Staff were all friendly and polite and took the time to explain the tests and results, and to help choosing the type of glasses I needed and the frames - without trying to push more expensive options. They even replaced the nose pieces on my existing (not Specsavers) reading glasses foc.

The team here are all super professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m always impressed by them. On this particular visit they couldn’t have been more helpful. I got contact lenses for the first time. Kim talked me through it and Ross walked me through the process of putting them in and removing them. I greatly struggled with this, but Ross was patient and offered helpful advice throughout. Got there in the end! Great value and customer care. Thank yous :)
