Vision Express Opticians - Aberdeen

When I had my eye test the first person I saw was lovely and seemed to be competent. She was positive and encouraging. The second- Dottie? Who did some of the tests didn’t seem to be on top of the job. She didn’t explain things well. And she was quite bossy when I was choosing frames. And she did her measurements wrong because when the spectacles wee ready they were wrong and had to be redone. The two people who corrected this were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing.

Good service. Last minute appointment to get a foreign object out of my eye.

Called in whilst staying in Aberdeen - super friendly, helpful staff. Had a loose arm on glasses - they replaced the screw whilst I waited. 5 minutes later, glasses sorted & no charge. Can't fault the excellent service I received
