While studying in Aberdeen, me and my girlfriend had the chance to rent from Anna Munro and Stewart Property. I'll go with more details in this review but the core of it is that it has been the best real estate agency I dealt with. We moved from one of their appartment one year ago and I still use they're service as standards for what I want in a trustworthy agency. Every single problem we had has been solved immediately. Some of the examples: The beds were uncomfortable? A couple of days after we received new mattresses. Water coming from the roof and some mold? Solved while we went in vacation to not bother us too much. No space for books? New bookshelfs installed in a couple of days. Our bikes stolen? Anna was there the day after to check with us and give us help with the police. Us being dumb with the electric heating and shower because we never had any experience with it? Anna's husband was with us the day after explaining us any single details to achieve better results with the water pressure and overall heating. Seriously, every single problem we had needed just a text message to be promptly solved. They are a family and they let you feel part of it from the beginning. I presented my self to them as an EU students with no job and no uk guarantor but just the promise that my parents would have paid for me and she gave me the chance to stay in a wonderful huge appartment in the heart of Aberdeen city centre. So big that I was having not only a double room, but also a studio and second double room for guests and a open space living room with kitchen. All of it for a price that a student like me was able to afford. So this is my experience, it's been almost a year that I mooved to Glasgow and every problem unsolved with my new flat keeps reminding me of the good old days when, renting from this agency was making my life way more easier.

As an overseas landlord it's very important to me that I have full confidence in whoever is looking after the place on my behalf - and Anna does a wonderful job year on year. Small repair jobs are done in-house as soon as they are identified - all paperwork is taken care of - invoices are sent exactly on time each and every month. The place runs like clockwork. A++
