Amazing service, they helped us a lot through our short time in Aberdeen. Every single taxi driver was friendly and spoke to us. It was very lovely because we are not local and wanted to know more about the place so they would tell us all about it and tell us what different places we are passing by so we know for future. The cars were all comfy and the drivers drove very well so we felt safe. Prices are also good, better than in London for sure.

It was an emergency (pregnant woman) but our driver was SO nice. He waited for her to come on board, drove us to the hospital, went inside and came back with a wheelchair. No added expenses to the usual amount. Faith in humanity restored!

I use your firm all the time abd never been let down by you. The drivers are friendly and helpful all the time. we had disabled lady with us last night and the driver was most helpful took time and made sure shd was fine. Thank you for a great service

Great service. I was able to be picked up straight away even though only going a short distance. The driver was friendly and courteous. He packed my numerous cases into car for me and unloaded them at the destination. Great guy.

As a regular user (along with mum-in-law and gran-in-law - all disabled/decrepit in our own ways) I haven't left a review before, but today's experience was notable. I called for a cab back from my appointment for "as soon as possible" and when I chased it up half-an-hour later it had been recorded as required for 3pm! A car was with me in 5-8 minutes and the chap was very helpful. The lovely lass that drove me to the appointment was worth a mention as well. Two particularly amiable drivers made the whole experience much more pleasant than it could have been. While I'm at it, I can't remember her name but one of the call-takers has kept me right in the past about what house number I actually live at when I've slipped up, so a tip of the hat to her too.
