I had to collect a crate sent from Shetland to the Aberdeen depot this morning. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

Nice and helpful on the phone. Never had any issues. Been going myself or sending in a driver 3 times a week for years. Office staff and warehouse very switched on. They know what they are doing.

We were struggling to get sewing machine parts before a local holiday. Thankfully Alec and Kevin from Northwards Aberdeen were able to help us out and we managed to get new machines delivered and customers critical machines repaired. Very happy customers. Would definitely recommend
