TUI Holiday Store

Fantastic experience, Martyn very friendly and approachable! We explored cruises, honeymoon ideas. He is knowledgable on all destinations we discussed which helped our decision making ! Phoned the store a few times after booking to speak about things and everyone was polite and professional. Here now making the best memories Will 100% book tui with Martyn again! :)

Excellent service from TUI Store Aberdeen, with special thanks to Martyn who always goes above and beyond. We recently had some flight difficulties on our return journey but the support from the store staff was great. I much prefer booking via the store as I know then that any issues will be quickly and professionally resolved.

I can’t recommend this store enough. All the staff were lovely and helpful with the queries i had on different holidays, i spoke to Emma & Martyn. I went in with a certain price in mind with what i was looking for and the staff provided a number of options within the price range and the pros and cons of each hotel. Their knowledge was the best! They didn’t try and upsell and i managed to find the best hotel for me If i need to book another holiday i will be looking to contact this store first!

Extremely happy to recommend TUI after the excellent service and holiday. Martyn put a lot of thought and effort into finding the perfect winter break and at short notice too. The rest of the team were extremely good natured and I felt very welcomed. The holiday itself went perfectly, I really liked how well organised everything was as it saved a lot of the usual fuss and any support / questions were quickly addressed on the app. The app itself was a big plus for my time away as I could easily communicate with TUI and book excursions and experiences. I will be back!

Booking our holiday with Martyn at the TUI Aberdeen branch was fantastic. My husband and I had no fixed idea where to go on our holiday and Martyn’s questions helped us narrow the choice of destination down. All in all we had a fantastic holiday that was tailored for us by Martyn’s advice and knowledge. I’m sure we drove him crazy during the process but the time and attention he dedicated to us resulted in a wonderful holiday in Mexico. We will be back soon to book our next break with Martyn.
