John was very professional, attended quickly to assess the job, provided a verbal quotation immediately, and then fitted us in to do the job within a couple of weeks. Very pleased with the work John and his colleagues did, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to get their trees sorted out!

Absolutely fantastic service!! Fast and efficient.. what a difference in our garden!! Was troubled with bird mess all over our grass and they came and removed all over hanging branches! They were very polite not only doing the job but helping my mum with her shopping.. highly recommend them we will defo be using them again! Thanks guys it looks amazing the kids will finally be able to play outside!

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by John and the team. My request was responded to quickly, and arrangements were made to remove the tree only a few days after the quote was given. Excellent work carried out by John and his team; they were all pleasant individuals who answered all my questions while they were out doing a number of jobs in my garden. Cut tree down; shifted, repaired (replaced rotten wooden planks and roof) and painted my shed plus added a base of slabs underneath; repositioned and pressure cleaned my patio slabs; moved some patio slabs to a different area and spread grass seeds for new grass to grow; worked on the fence boundaries where they laid new membrane and put new gravel on top. The whole team was very helpful, they did exactly what John and I had agreed. They cleaned up very well when they finished. I was extremely pleased with their service, and I would hire them again without any hesitation. Thank you John!

We are so pleased we went with J&J Tree Surgeons. We experienced prompt, polite, friendly service. We had a great in depth discussion about how best to tackle our 13 GIANT Cyprus trees and the results are so good, we've already had folk asking us who we used so that they can use them too! John and the Team trimmed and shaped the trees really sympathetically, so that even though a significant amount of foliage and branches was removed, it doesn't look like an extreme hack job. They also took a good four meters off the tops and you would never know, it's been so well done! We have been left with lovely, tidy looking trees that have been storm proofed and don't dangerously overhang the road. They also tidied up as they went, left us some mulch to spread around the tree bases and even made sure not to disturb all of the nesting pigeons! All in all, a really great experience and very reasonably priced considering the shear amount of work they executed over the two days that they were here. We will definitely be using them again in the future, as they also do landscaping work and it's clear from the results with our trees that they care about what they do. Many thanks guys!
