I have completed many yoga trainings with this school over the last few years i keep going back because i like the authenticity that’s encouraged rathe than the same old thing we see getting churned out. individual, supportive and authentic.

Louisa is an incredible teacher, she teaches from the heart, she is real, inspirational, and extremely professional. i am doing the 200h teacher training and i am so happy i am doing it with her, i couldn't have wished for a better teacher to go on this journey.

I am currently going through the 200 hour yoga teacher training course and i am loving every second. louisa is so in depth with everything she teaches and is always checking in to make sure everything is going okay. couldn't have asked for a better teacher or a more informative and interesting course.

I’ve been training with lky since 2017, starting with my ryt200 qualification and now working on my 300 hour qualification. louisa is an amazingly passionate teacher trainer who really nurtures her trainees to find their authentic way of teaching. she has expansive knowledge of yoga and teaches how to apply the spiritual texts and ancient wisdom to modern day life and yoga practice.

Louisa has a passion for yoga that she lives everyday and this comes through so authentically in her teaching. she is extremely knowledgeable and shares this depth in her trainings. my absolute favourite has to be the advanced 100 hrs that i took during my 300hr training where i gained a deeper understanding of philosophy and practice. louisa provides unconditional support through out.
