my first yoga class at Puregym , Lauren takes time to explain , show you the correct positions. After an hour , i was tired , but nicely tired and relaxed I would recommend and go again to yoga classes with Lauren

I have lots of issues with my joints from arthritis and Fibromyalgia and a neurological condition so I was nervous about not being able to do the class. Lauren has lots of patience and was able to adapt my class so I could still get the benefits of yoga. Would highly recommend Lauren and I'm looking forward to seeing my progress from working with her

I have been attending Lauren’s class for several months now, i really enjoy it. Lauren is so friendly and welcoming, she is good at explaining how best to do a move and offers variations of moves. She always asks and looks to tailor, what everyone would like added into the class.
