Very pleased with our new air conditioning unit which was installed in our conservatory this week. Prompt and efficient service from our very first contact. The surveyor was very informative and explained the pros and cons of different units. We were able to choose a convenient installation date. Zoe kept us well informed at all stages from ordering to final payment. The installers were friendly and informative explaining how to operate the system and the most efficient modes to use. There was very little mess and they cleaned up well during the installation.

I haven't ever met another team that took that much care over their work or took that much pride in doing it to a really high standard. They were constantly looking for the best way to do it, they were exceptionally mindful of how the finished job would look as well as function, and each of them demonstrated the most positive and helpful attitude you could hope for. These are dedicated, talented guys. And the Daikin heat pump unit itself is fantastic too!
