Any time I've decided to visit a barber over the last few years I've always chosen to go back to him. Always goes the extra mile and is very meticulous in his work. Im not a guy to leave reviews but WOW iv never had issues of this magnatued, horrible customer service, phone lines don't work as you will keep being handed over to different automated screening and never speaking to someone from the shop. Made booking for 12pm, things changed in the day which meant me going to pick up my son, I was calling them since 10:13am up until I arrived 11 minutes late. Kiran welcomed me and told the barber I had an appointment with and he refused as I was late by 11 mins, Kiran said to him that he has time to do it, I even said he could leave out my beard and would cut the time down to 40mins, as I just interrupted his fifa game he didn't want to do it. So driving parking and the rush I put my self through to get in was for nothing. Just to top it off when iv gone onto the app to leave feedback they had already taken me off there system...so unprofessional.
