Brilliant service from nick. i called him yesterday as i had a puncture in my rear tyre and was worried about doing it myself due to the chain and gears. he came out early this morning so i could still get to work on time and all fixed. fantastic, knowledgeable guy and so helpful. thanks again nick - i'll be recommending you to everyone i know with a bike!

I contacted nick for the first time after wanting a general service, spoke replacement and my rear wheel truing on my dahon folding bike. what an exceptional level of service and all round good quality repair. the bike feels smoother and like new. i will definitely be using nick again and at the very least going for a yearly service on my daily commuter.

This is the second bike service nick has done for me. i chose the full service as i was having trouble with my chain set and gears. once again, nick has done a sterling job, and my bike feels so much smoother. i love the fact that he came to my place of work to carry out the job. i'll certainly be using croxley bikes again.
