Went in there on Saturday afternoon with my wife and crying kids. The manager there was clearly having a hard shift due to being understaffed but he was very helpful, very patient and very attentive. Kept his cool, he was very polite & well mannered. He even interacted with my kids when they were playing up and being a nuisance and because of him they stopped crying! give this guy a raise, he deserves it. 🏅 💎

Popped in today to have a break bulb replaced. The seal was gone on the light however Alex was so helpful and tried his best to salvage the light for me (it was too far gone unfortunately). I was having a really rubbish day but Alex was so lovely and friendly it made my day seem a little better! Top-tier customer service! ☺️

Great experience! The man I dealt with (apologies I cannot remember his name) was so helpful. I signed up to be a premium member as the price was more than reasonable, £4.99 p/m for a free MOT so I don’t have to worry about that, 2 free 10 health checks per year and so many other discounts. I would highly recommend 😊
