Lee at Otec just fixed my Giant Defy. I know he went above and beyond to get it working for me as quickly as possible. He followed up to make sure I was happy (I was delighted). He's also put a couple of upgrades on my spare bike (an 8 year old Tifosi) which now runs superbly well. Brilliant professional, and friendly bike shop. Thank you.

Great service from OTEC bikes! I was worried they might chuckle at my very bog standard but trusty Carerra bike but I couldn't have been more wrong, they have a genuine passion for cycling. OTEC have helped me fix my Giant Stance a few times which as a beginner/intermediate MTBer, I'm still learning how to maintain. Even though I'm a beginner with a basic bike I feel respected and educated. Each time they have over delivered by diagnosing the problem straight away, recommending the best replacement part (better quality than factory, but not the expensive ones that I won't benefit from unless I'm a professional racer), and got the bike back to me in good time. I have total confidence that they can sort any problem I have with a top quality result.
