I've been to BB's many times in the past, and the service from the ladies is really great, friendly, and polite. But today we went for some lunch, and I'm absolutely disgusted. My daughter paid over £22 for two drinks, a muffin, and two tuna melts. The tuna melts themselves were £5.25. They barely had any filling. It looked like someone had actually literally smeared it on the bread, and that's it. What a joke. For the price paid, you'd expect much more. I know inflation has gone up, but Jesus. You should be disgusted of yourselves. I would avoid it. You would be better off making your own lunch for that price. I certainly won't be going back ever again.
