Had my Car repaired here after an unfortunate accident, throughout the whole of the time my car was with Steer Automotive, I was regularly updated. All Staff are friendly and are always so helpful.

Good service. Car was collected at agreed time. Courtesy car wasn’t available so an alternative from Enterprise Rent a Car was arranged, but did have to go to Wycombe to collect and return it. The repairs were all done well and car returned at agreed time, cleaned and tidy. The work was completed to timescale. Overall a good service.

My car got sent to steer at aylesbury for repair after a man hit my car , they were great , kept in contact with me from start to finish and car come back like new. A special thanks to Alan for the great customer service I have ever experienced , you went above and beyond to make sure my car left the best it could look and I appreciate that. Car went into Steer through insurance after an accident. Was able to track progress through my insurance app. Once my car was ready they called to arrange delivery. The guy who delivered my car was lovely and so polite. Couldn’t fault my experience with them. Car also fixed with no issues or complaints
