Letterbox4you have been using aylesbury logistics for many years now for larger customer deliveries, and we have always been impressed with their service. it is really important to us and our customers that the products arrive in perfect condition, when and where they are needed and i can honestly say we have never had a single item damaged on one of their deliveries. all the office staff are helpful and let us know if there are any delivery issues so we can get things sorted quickly and dave and the team have helped us out on several occasions with out of the norm requests. would definitely highly recommend.
We have been using aylesbury logistics for a while now and they have been very reliable when it comes to collecting/delivering pallets. only once or twice out has there been a problem with a pallet and they were very quick to rectify the situation but is nothing compared to all the pallets that have been delivered/collected. i have been mainly in contact with joanne and she has been incredible from helping us obtain certain bits of info for tricky collections to just locating the driver whereabouts. she is always quick to reply to any queries i may have and very easy to speak to- 10/10 customer service.
My department switched to using aylesbury logistics due to issues with our previous pallet courier. the team are friendly, helpful, and reliable. they helped me through every step of the booking process and my goods have always arrived in the same quality as they were when they left. their prices are clearly stated, and their online booking system is easy to use. my customers have likewise always been happy with their deliveries. thank you for the excellent service.
Great place to work! worked there for nearly 6 years and only left due to myself relocating. amazing staff from the bosses, office, warehouse and drivers. professional but fun work environment! if a job becomes available here i highly recommend you go for it!
