When i needed my fragile cakes delivered to an address in central london, it was picked up by a very pleasant northerner and delivered within a couple of hours. as soon as it was delivered they let me know who had signed for the delivery which was a great help.
Goldline couriers have been brilliant to deal with. james, ben and suzie have gone over and above to help us out, and have been extremely professional by not only fulfilling our requests, but looking to see how they can exceed our needs. lovely people too, which always helps :-)
Whilst working for the nhs during the pandemic i worked very closely with goldline and the level of support and service they provided was exceptional. they went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion, they were super reliable, professional, plus all the staff (customer service and drivers) were friendly and personable. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and i know for a fact that they will not let you down.
