This is the best solicitor i have ever used, i have bought a property and currently selling a property through wilson and bird and have absolutely no quibbles in recommending them. they dont wait around if one of them is on holiday, someone else in the office will pick up the email and respond, emails are replied to within the hour, whenever i have asked them to do something, it is done. they are absolutely brilliant for everything, i can not rate them high enough. if i could then i would give them 10 stars. i just wish all solicitors were as brilliant and as efficient as these.
