Called about my fridge issues. The Gentleman called me straight back and gave me his time to explain the most likely issue with a recommendation of how to try a fix but an honest appraisal of whether it was worth spending money on it. Ultimately he didn't need to come but saved me paying someone a call out fee to come and tell me this! Really grateful for his time. Will be using in future!

I found AJ Domestic online and they had good reviews so I decided to call them. I am a landlord and a tenant in Aylesbury had a problem with an oven not working. I called Alan and gave him full details of the tenant etc. Within about 2 x days after I had contacted him, he had been to visit my tenant and carried out the repair. I would highly recommend Alan Jackson.

I called on Monday morning as my range cooker stopped working on Sunday. Alan came to look at it today, explained what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. It cost me much less than I was expecting and Alan is very nice person as well. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Alan is superb due to his expertise and how he treats his customers. I contacted Alan as the original washer dryer appliance in my property wasn’t fit for purpose. Alan quickly established it needed to be replaced and didn’t waste my time / money on replacements parts. Whilst installing my new appliance he realised that the original drain hose was filled with black gunk - essentially grease, mould and bacteria. He replaced the drain hose and if he hadn’t replaced it, my new appliance would have been ruined and I still wouldn’t have clean clothes. Alan definitely undercharged me on this issue given he visited my property several times and spent several hours here each time. Honestly, I really trust Alan and I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. Plus I love having a chat with Alan!
