Exceptional in so many ways ! big thank you. all sparks electric were fantastic in so many ways. the service level was exceptional, from understanding the problem to communicating with other bodies involved and keeping me updated. they solved a problem i'd had for some time without any fuss or drama. clean tidy and very respectful. i will use them and would recommend them to anyone. an extra big thanks to the electrician who masterminded the job mr i . . . .

Late one evening, we unexpectedly found our electricity supply crashed. we asked our regular contact if he could fix the problem. he kindly came out, but said the job was too big for him and recommended all sparks. we were most impressed that they came out immediately (it was late when we called them). they were very pleasant and sorted out all the problems for us - there were several problems which happily all seem to have been resolved and we have a 2 year warranty. such a relief!

So rare to find tradespeople who actually overdeliver on your expectations, but all sparks did exactly that. we had them do our fit out for our garden room, and they were fantastic from start to finish. ibrar was excellent at communication, and cam and the rest of the team were all friendly, professional and efficient. you can also tell they enjoy their work, which makes a big difference! would use again and happily recommend.

My partner and myself had moved into our new home yesterday. excited to make it our own we started putting things up. we hit a wire drilling and all of our downstairs electric went off. we were both devastated as we had so much we wanted/ needed to buy and did not know how much this would set us back. after trying three other companies who were very expensive, we called all sparks, they were at our house in an hour on a saturday night. he was such a lovely man and made us feel so much better about the situation. he even asked his boss to drop of filler and filled in the wall for us. i cannot recommend this company any more. fantastic service. thank you so much :)

I am not one to leave reviews but felt i needed to, i am a lone female and often conscious who to call when it comes to this kind of thing as often they see a woman and think they can over charge or waste time. the gentleman who came rewired my electric boiler and came out the day of the call. he was super polite and finally my boiler is working. thank you so much, finally have a hot bath. will defo recommend you guys.
