Our property was rented out for a few years whilst we were abroad which ann-marie at alexander & co managed for us during this period. we were particularly impressed with her helpful and speedy responses to any queries, where the majority was dealt with professionally and efficiently to reduce any concerns we may have, especially considering we had time differences as an obstacle. overall we recommend using alexander & co for future rentals.
I have been using this agency for many years to let and manage my property in wing. they provide a very efficient service. in particular i would mention ann-marie and andy who have been managing my property. they have been extremely helpful, very prompt to respond to queries and provide effective and timely management of any issues. other members of the team who i have dealt with on occasion have also been very helpful. overall, a great service. would definitely recommend.
Our first dealing was with andy who was fantastic in advising us with exactly what we needed and was very knowledgeable in all aspects. secondly, to close potential deals we had karen to help who was amazing throughout with brilliant customer service skills. lastly amber who has been our property manager and has been magnificent the whole way through. extremely organised and professional to deal with any issues that have arose. we highly recommend alexander & co!
