The property we bought was sold by modern auction so once the offer was accepted, Brown & Merry stepped to one side but they were still easily contactable during the whole process and actually informed me of completion sooner than my own solicitor! Estate agents can often get some bad press, so I feel it’s only fair to share the positive experience that I’ve had with the team at Brown & Merry in Aylesbury, and specifically Martin, the Branch Manager. From the first call, he was informative and professional, offering clear and welcome advice and insights into the local housing market. Brown and merry recently dealt with the sale of my property. From the beginning Alan and his team were very professional and communicative. They were very efficient in giving me feedback about viewings. Alan has been brilliant throughout the sale process and kept me up to date with how the process was going when my solicitors did not as well as explaining some of the legal terminology to me.
