Of the various agents we had to value our property, Michael Graham were both the most professional and gave us the most realistic asking price suggestion. Better than that, our property never even made it to market! Having agreed to go with MG, Alex brought round some people on the same day and they made an offer, which we accepted! Amazing. Four months later we have just moved. We had a few complications with our solicitor along the way but Alex & Lee stepped in to sort it out, which was so helpful.
