I have used Wrights a few times over the years and have always been happy with the quality of their work and always recommended them until now, I had them install a fence in January and it was nowhere near as good as their normal standard, I contacted Ricky to say I wasn’t happy with it for the following reasons, the fence was loose in places and not very sturdy, the feather edge panels didn’t sit on the gravel boards properly and a couple of the feathers were poor quality, after 4 months of ringing and texting to get it put right someone finally came round to do it, however I was out at the time and they only did part of it, when I contacted Ricky again about what hadn’t been done his response was I wouldn’t really worry about it, this is not the response you expect when you have paid thousands of pounds to have a good job done, very disappointing to say the least.

Definitely recommend. Really pleased with our 2 x new fences. Great communication & work completed to a really high standard.

Quality of work was outstanding; Jason who installed the fence did a fantastic job and tidied up afterwards. A pleasure to deal with, will be using again for another project next year. I had composite decking installed by Ricky and his team. I contacted Ricky in October 2022 to inform him the decking boards had badly bowed due to the incorrectly fitted joists which should have been 450mm to 600mm apart but mine were fitted over 700mm apart. He did send 2 workers around to look at them and they confirmed the joists were fitted incorrectly, too far apart. I have contacted Ricky on numerous occasions for his error to be rectified but to date I am still waiting for him to correct this issue. I cannot recommend him.

Fantastic job! We had a new patio and lawn. The process from start to finish was so easy, nothing was too much trouble and the guys were happy to explain everything they were doing so you always knew what was happening. Lovely people, we live in a courtyard area and the guys kept everything neat and tidy which is always good for keeping the neighbours happy. 100% recommend.
