From calling Heritage regarding the passing of my Mum, Sue and Ben made the hardest day of my life a little easier as much as they could, the whole process was seamless and they were impeccable. The staff were very professional, caring and patient. They know their jobs inside and out they did everything possible to make sure I was informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot say thank you enough for the beautiful service and for there professionalism. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody who is looking for a beautiful send off of their loved ones. Thank you again. ❤️

We visited heritage to enquire about arranging a funeral. we were greeted by Vaughan and Melanie, who took us in. They were both very caring and friendly and sympathetic to our loss. They spoke to us as if they were part of our family and listened to us at a very upsetting time. We choose to have them to take care of my father's funeral because of the way they treated us from day one. They kept in contact with us every step of the way . The way they took care of him and the compassion they showed was second to none. even on the day of the funeral and the days after, they have been the most caring and supportive people we as a family could have ever of hope for .we would highly recommend heritage to take care of your loved ones . I cannot rate Melanie & Vaughan more highly, they made every step of the process a little less painful for our whole family after the loss of my husband. We visited the funeral home on multiple occasions & they always took the time to sit & talk to us about how we were feeling & guide us along the way. Even after the funeral they still checked in & offered support. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Vaughan and Melanie cared for our son impeccably since he arrived with them. At the most dreadful time of our lives, their care, gentle approach to our family has been incredible. It was if they were caring for one of their own family. We felt informed and as ease with them from the moment we met. Nothing was too much trouble. Vaughans personal attendance at Gary’s funeral was much appreciated, it made a dreadful day calmer and seeing a familiar face lead proceedings was of great comfort, every step was gently explained and even down to seeking me(Mum) out after the service to reassure me his flowers would stay with him for the remainder of his journey, was comforting and a step beyond his anticipated duty. We cannot speak highly enough of either of these kind souls. Thank you xx

Having recently used Heritage & Sons for a family bereavement I would highly recommend them. Melanie & Vaughan have looked after our family extremely well at such a hard time for us all. They have been kind & considerate, & accommodated everything we requested. We were never rushed by them & were always made to feel as comfortable as we could in such circumstances.
